Guide to Fishing

Fishing requires that you are by a lake or by most bodies of water, and you have a Fishing rod and a bait can. With these you use the fishing skill and click the lake or water area where you would like to cast out your line. Dont expect to catch fish right away its random and its difficult to catch. Advancing the fishing skill takes a VERY long time and is rigorous to gain exp for the skill. This skill requires A LOT of time although, not very money demanding because all you need to buy is a fishing rod and a bait can. There are two primary types of fishing: Automatic and Manual

Automatic - it automatically fishes for you all you need is a bait can and a fishing rod and you can be idle and it will still fish manual - you can manually fish (although not recomended) by controlling the fish within a square box for a certain amount of time and if the fish gets out of the box for too long... you will lose the fish ---> the easiest and most prefered way to fish is just to do automatic fishing

From what I know, fishing is all based on luck and rank. The Higher the rank, the more likely you will catch a fish/rare item. All ranks of fishing are eligable to catch any rare or special item; although, the higher the rank the more likely you can catch something special and rare.

Fishing is a hard skill to level up so most people use it while their idle or asleep. Rare items take a long time to fish.

Helpful Hints-----
No matter the size of fish, they really are not worth much gold at all. The only thing you can possibly do with fish are either make bait or use it to cook. Although, most people just drop the fish they catch because it just takes up space.
Remember there are only 300 baits in your bait can so if you plan on sleeping through it be aware that after about 2 hours or so your bait can will be empty and cause your character to stop fishing.
